We are Bikkurishita, a group of J Pop music performers who perform covers of music by Otsuka Ai, Scandal, AN CAFE, Erika, Miki Nakashima and the like. We have plans and contacts for gigs, events and recording. Our band's lineup is completely revamped as of March 2012, and we are currently working on our set list for our first paid gig (likely in September 2012) in this new lineup.
We are currently seeking a skilled keyboardist to join us in our musical journey. Age and looks are not our priority as our primary focus is on competency and musicality on the keyboards. Japanese language proficiency is not required, although it will be a bonus. Regular practices are three hours on Sunday evenings in a central location.
For clarity, we are not a visual kei band; instead, our focus is on producing good quality covers of what can be a technically challenging genre of music, with just the right touch on image.
