Recently re-listened to Continuum from start to finish again. Definitely my favourite JM album of ALL time and very likely has a place in my top 10 albums of all time.

This solo is one that isn't overly technical or anything, but I love the note choice and the feel of it like in Gravity! Love the message of this song as well.

For this video I'm running my Fender BLK 1 John Mayer Signature Strat into the Axe Fx II and direct into my MacBook Pro. It's a completely stock piece with the Big Dipper pickups.

Using a patch I created on the Axe Fx II. Using the Vibrato Verb amp model with a tad of grit from one of the drive pedals. The amp is based on the Fender Vibratoverb amp. It's my to go 'JM' patch for Continuum stuff!

Footage was color corrected the footage in Final Cut Pro X!
