Jog & sing

YA know for those who sings, & they tend to get tightness in the throat. Well a good remedy is to run & sing at the same time. You'll be able to find ur correct range better rahter than trying to emulate other singers:) Just a share of thought.

Any of yall got any other tips on how to stay relaxed, especially before performance etc?

Lets form a jog n singing group. lol

wah - last time I jogged & sang was in the army (BMT at Tekong) ..basket we kena forced to do it ..
