Jazz trio

i'm new to the jazz music scene so i'm wondering if there are any good jazz trios that have saxophone as the lead instrument..

meaning sax, bass and drums..

also if there are any quartets with the same line-up as the above but with vocals..

I know of this trio that plays at blujaz on fridays. If I'm not wrong its called the Greg Lyon's monster trio ?

Alfe (Plainsman) has recently performed with his quartet and has a sax player in the line up, can ask him for more information.
