Hi,
I'm looking for a bassist, preferably trained in jazz, to run a monthly/fortnightly jazz jam sessions. These sessions are designed to be the most friendly in town, to allow jazz musicians who are starting out to take the big step to play with others. No monetary rewards in doing this, the only reward comes from the satisfaction of paving the path for novice musicians, the joy of socialising and playing with other people with a strong passion in jazz, and of course having the chance to meet good jazz musicians along the way to perhaps form a long term band.
