jazz piano

hey guys...i'm trying to go into jazz piano..any tips on wat to learn? i can play pop/rock and improvise from chords quite well, but unsure about jazz. any resources to recommend for like, theory behind chord substitution? also, rick smith (jazz guitarist) told me that jazz is all about the songs...so, any jazz standards u can recommend me to start learning with?
