Jazz bass pickguard that accommodates P-bass pickup

I recently got an SX jazz-style bass and now think about replacing the pickups. I would like a J-P combination, so I guess I need a J-bass pickguard with P-bass style pickup hole. Is this type of pickguard available anywhere?

BTW, so far I've seen only Seymour Duncan and DiMarzio bass pickups. I'm still not sure which models to get. I would love ones that play well with funk and rock style. Would love to hear recommendations from you guys. Thanks!

do you have to route the bass to accomodate the P pickup? if yes then i think it's far too troublesome.

pickup-wise SD quarter pounders are great. if u have more cash to spare then go get nordstrand pickups from cherns. mind boggling tone.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I think I'll stick with jazz pups. It looks too troublesome to stick a p-bass pup on it.
