Jamming Studios

Yo guys, any of ya'll have any recommendations of where to jam?
The one i use at wee lee isn't very good.. the equipment isn't holding up haha. =)
Amps and Drums don't need to be of very very high quality but at least good enough for rental. And drums should be able to be projected and not muffled with double skins on top of another.
Any recommendations? I've been to the one at Serangoon, its not too bad but very very far for the band as we all stay in the East side.
Don't mind just list out the place of where the studios are listed at and how much.. thanks!

there is already studio listing here in soft , you can do a search and you can make any enquiers from the studio there listed
