Jamming Studio near ECP

Hey there

i'm looking for a good jamming studio near ECP, preferably near to Marine Parade. Somewhere nearby would be convinient. However, i need the studio to be reasonably well equipped with good instruments.

I've been to that jamming studio in Peninsular Shopping Centre and it just plain sucks.. the location was more like a store room, the instruments were of some disgraceful brand and the whole studio was hardly maintained.. plus, lacked instruments!!!! of course that shouldn't come as a surprise given the relatively low cost per hour...

so having said that, as aforementioned, i'm looking for a GOOD jamming studio.

Any recommendations?

somewhere around here, where the old Urban Legend jam studio was, opposite katong mall, is a new jam studio called attic studio. near that "Everything With Fries" restaurant.

If i remember correctly, it's near this place called Gay World (and if you're thinking i'm screwing with you, no. There is a place called Gay World)
