actually quite fair, there were a few other competitions whereby poly and uni students were not allowed to compete, while jc, ite and secondary sch students were

quite fair?..they put it under TERTIARY.HELLO?..they are supposed to be fair. poly's and uni's have many chances already and opportunities in terms of art. u guys have already been looked up upon like big brother and sis to ITE's ..we might be leader of our own but we still need a bigger leader..wat about SIM also not included..nafa's..laselle?..pity tertiarians.
And hey if include all parties.we cud actually open broader eyes to people that the more "brighter students" could mingle around with "less bright students"..bonding is important yo.if wanna let only poly and uni in..dun put under tertiary coz it will really not be fair..lets say if u put 'students welcome' just like that how?..kindergarten have students too ya'll..this might be one of the motivation ways that if u put tertiary only poly's and uni's can enter..so that ITE students will push their studies further..to achieve such privilege.BUT,if u could put ITE under that Tertiary in future..ITE would be recognise in this wonderful events.
