im looking for a guitar with

24 XJ frets
2 humbuckers configuration
floyd rose...

i have a budget of 700

i dun think i can buy the Jackson DXMG Dinky...

pls reply if there is a guitar around with the prefered specs

If I'm not wrong, an ESP LTD M-100FM or M-200FM should fit your budget. If I'm not wrong.

Might want to look for a used Paul Reed Smith (PRS) 24 fret....you could probably track down one of the entry-level SE series in that price range if you do some legwork.

I don't recall any PRS SEs having floyds..

yes you are correct, it doesn't have a Floyd Rose, but a PRS Custom 24 SE would have the PRS standard trem fitted which would come close to doing the Floyd Rose trick.

if he really wants a FR, he could have one fitted for about $100 bucks or so.

Some compromises would have to be made with a budget of $700.
