looks real but not brand new. the bridge pickup has been swapped out..

other than the pup issue, its pretty hard to tell with pics alone.

look at the bottom of the guitar too in the 2nd pic. look like theres some chipped paint also. maybe you could also see how much fretlife there still is, run the serial number to see when it was made and whether everything is stock. (besides the pup)

looking at the serial number, it looks like MZ2, which indicates it was made somewhere around 2002.
