I would really appreciate if someone help me figure out the tabs from 0:47 to 1min for

Anyway my question is that was the part from 0:56 to 1min a scale? Which one?

Sounds right to me

The part from 0:56 to 1min are arpeggios, where the notes are played or sung in sequence, one after the other, rather than ringing out simultaneously. So in some sense yes those are also notes from the G major scale as the song is in the key of G and the chord progression can be derived from the G major scale.

But their being played in arpeggio-ed form, so it's arps at the end that you want to learn. Arps get their names from their corresponding scale, so yes you are playing a Gmaj scale and it's notes.

Note arps need not be in scale form or be diatonic, or put it losely belonging in, a certain scale.

Music is all relative anyway, it's how you are applying it at that moment.
