Ok, the last sale that I can see from google, is May 2012... was their pricing strategy changed before or after that date?

Yeah from what i know they don't/seldom do sales anymore, probably more of promotions such as 10% if you get blahblahblah.. But just to note their prices seem to be much more competitive than before, so can't expect them to slash their prices too much also.
