Is my truss rod in a good adjustment? Please help!

Yeah, I am not very sure with this. Do you thing its ok? Capo on the first fret and finger on the last fret (24) Pressing on the 11 fret. Hopefully you guys are able to see properly cause I have no other way of showing..

Not really sure. There isnt any fret buzz. I did this cause they said its best to keep a curvature on the neck to prevent neck warp. However, the truss rod was adjust at first by a friend to lower the action. what im more afraid of because one of my guitars have neck warp already. I have tighten it just a little bit after this video.
 
if you don't think there is a problem, there is no need for an adjustment. I prefer to have very slight relief on the neck as compared to one that is dead straight. it's all about player's preference IMO.
