Is it possible to finish an unfinished fretboard?

Hello!

I have a question. Does anyone know of any shops that can finish my guitar's fretboard?

My current fretboard is rosewood and its unfinished. I don't like the roughness when I slide, bend etc.
I want a light coating, something thin. Like how most gibsons or fenders with rosewood fretboard has. Not those thick finishes on maple fretboards.

I love everything about my guitar except this.

And does anyone know roughly what will the cost be like?

You could moisturise it with lemon oil / fretboard conditioner once in awhile.

Will definitely feel better than the dry state you're experiencing right now

although typical playing of the guitar would not touch the fretboard I think..
