More common ones seen are the EBS Multi-Comp(Davis), our very own Goose's Citrus Comp, Demeter(Ebenex), Punch Factory(forever out of stock at Yamaha), CS-2/CS-3(Swee Lee) modded or not.

I wanted to get a Demeter, but due to total impossibility to get it in any shop in singapore (that time i shopped before ebenex brought it in), I was looking at the BBE OptoStomp and EBS Multi-Comp.

Seeing how the BBE OptoStomp was way overpriced for it's value (i was quoted a ridiculous figure at swee lee), that price was very near the price of a EBS Multi-comp, so I decided if i have to fork out that amount of $$$ for a BBE, I'd rather fork out a little bit more and get the EBS Multi-comp at Davis instead.

So i got the EBS, and I think it's the perfect compressor for me. Leaves the tone and sound of the bass totally intact, doesn't screw with it. it does what it does - comp, and nothing else.
