Named after the nightclub where The Beatles boogied in 1960's New York, the band is composed of 2 guitars, saxophone/flute and drums. Massive changes in tempo and energy reflect the mood swings one might have in a night out on the town. The music is popular, but driven by music and harmonies from the 40's 50's and 60's. From early 50's ballads, to Iggy Pop and The Stooges, 'The Peppermint Lounge' is about fresh and dynamic electric music, that sends real messages, to a crowd with open minds.
