Hi Guys, just wanna say really glad to know there's such vibrant forum activity here, and mostly about music too! Think it's a really good avenue to learn from each other.
I'm 24 now, I started playing guitar when I was 14 but I have been really inactive in army and while studying in NUS. But now that I've finished trying to study hard for my degree (which is nothing related to music unfortunately), I just hope to get back on track with music again -- namely, the guitar.
I listen to all kinds of music, so it's hard to pinpoint my influences.. and also, I'm actively looking for a band, hopefully a metal/hardcore one where I can play rhythm (cos I can't shred..yet) and jump around like a crazy mofo.
. I used to have a now-defunct indie band called Livid Fawn, I think we were just ok, but I guess we had to move on eventually.
