I'm always on the look out for new sources of information and just found out about this forum.

I'm an amateur guitar player - mostly I just mess around but its a nice outlet for me.

I'm also interested in guitar building and guitar ergonomics. As a result, I decided to build my first guitar - an ergonomic guitar based on the Klein Electric. It's been an exciting process and the guitar is essentially finished.

As far as musical tastes, I enjoy blues, rock and gypsy jazz listening to players such as SRV, Joe Bonamassa, Gary Moore and Stochelo Rosenberg.

Here is a fairly current picture as well:

It's an alder body with Fender Lace pickups and finished with Danish Oil.

Just a quick note. I've been tied up migrating the blog to its new address at http://buildingtheergonomicguitar.com. It's been a lot of work but worthwhile. The new site gives me a great deal more flexibility and power so I'll be able to implement new features more readily. I've also started featuring some acoustic guitar builders as well.

I'd greatly appreciate your input on the new site.
