Hey, I'm 16 this year. Actually 11 days more to 16. Yea, only started learning on an acoustic guitar last year June. So far its been self learning all the way. My motivation is to play in my church's Youth worship team, will be playing for the first time next sunday. I'm taking O'level this year but always distracted with playing the guitar.

Am thinking of getting an electric guitar. Not really sure of what guitar to get, any tips would be welcomed. Currently trying to learn how to do solos on guitar, but it seems so difficult. And I enjoy all genres of music.

I think for beginners, a budget guitar is more suitable. Coz probably
u dun know what u like now. Few months down the road of practice, u may want to change again, so no point getting an expensive gear now.

i guess so, but it's a hit or miss thing, since u dun get to actually see/touch the guitar before purchasing it.
