Hi everyone. i was referred here by an online friend because i wanted to know more about the music scene in singapore. i'm 19 this year, studying mass communications and my biggest (and most secret) dream is to sing on a stage, with band members so as for us to be able to write songs of our own.
i can play the keyboard(learnt from 8 years of piano), and i can play only a few notes of guitar. i'm thinking of learning how to play the drums, or lead guitar is on my mind, too. i write poetry where i sometimes turn them into songs and just sing them to myself. i have no self-confidence. but i truly and desperately want to sing.
i like music from the analog girl, elegant bachelor, shirlyn tan, placebo, interpol, the postal service, snow patrol and coldplay.
