Between Gibson's ohsc be it brown/black exterior or let's say other hardcases like skb?
Be it for aesthetic reasons or functionality, which would it be for you guys?

Gibson for the cool factor. Apart from that, it's really a sturdy HSC. However if you are on a budget, an SKB would be good enough.

Curious question. what would you use the case for? traveling, just carrying around or leaving under your bed?

If you're gonna be carrying it around loads, or travelling, SKB for sure! The Gibby cases LOOK real good though.
