^haha. but isn't ibx a band comp (i.e with people who can actually play and sing )?

anyway i listened to them, they're pretty nice, except the vocals are a little too loud i think, it caused clippings to the song. but yea, they're pretty good. good luck to them.

I like your music. But not on the vocal. Or is it that the video source is not good enough that's why causing distortion to the vocalist voice..?

A suggestion you guys may like to take note:-
How abt creating an image for yourself. Contestants who looks good always make the judges feel good. U know what I mean..or you can watch American Idol n get some tips from Simon!Hehe...

i must say, i take my hats off to all the bands that have come forward to participate in this comp. All bands were equally competitive and i thoroughly enjoyed myself in all the heats. I hope to see more bands take up this challenge!

birded singer's off key!!!! that sucks. i like that deep purple cover band. can't remember what the name is.the other band's are pretty crap, especially that rap one.

i went for the heats 1 and 2.. though some bands are not up to standard. But im pretty impress with dr.Rhy, project liquid, shakespear, Ursulabites and kai o was...

And im still waiting for the heats 3 pictures and video...

yea kinda agree with super punk, shes like kinda disconnected from the band.They haf got a nice riff though

deep cut rox!! nice guitar solo, nice voice (like chris cornell)

and yea theres one funky band using some weird malay drums

the rest are quite ok, the rappers very funny.

Super punk, no offences but not everything is about the vox. the band tightness, showmanship and technique is important as well. I do agree that some bands do not have enough practice. But putting them down is not acceptable as well. Local musicians are trying hard to convices the locals that they can make it. cut some slack here would you.

1) Ursalabites - song a bit dull, but music was nice ..entertaiment qualities
vocal needs improvement....
2) project liquid - no showmanship,need to attract the ppl..cool guitar
works
3)deep cut - good vocal,abit dull(no character)
4)shakespear - music pretty common but smooth sound (song's terrible)
5)Kai o was - vocal sucks but.....music not bad!!!
6)dr rhy - interesting (a bit soft on the guitar) drum BAD....not smooth
sounded!!!


overall IBX is a great way to breed new talents...great werk guys!!!
