a H-S-H guitar mainly gives you that single coil sound on the middle, lest you change the S to a single-coil humbucker. other than that, it depends on the selector switch - usually H-S-H guitars come 5-way while H-H come in both 3/5 way variations.

each of them have their own sound.

omg i'm so GASsing for a SA320XWBY. this is SO wrong.

it's wiser to address your needs- do you play the single coil in the first place? if you don't but fancy a single coil tone once in a while, then be assured that the RG321's 5-way switch has a split coil option which gives you a single coil tone 8)

i'm still weighing the pros & the cons... might be getting 2 guitars after all...
