Ibanez RG680 prestige - early 90s model

Hi all

I'm selling a discontinued RG680, which is made in Japan, Maple top(not basswood), Wizard neck, circa early 1990s.

It has plenty of fret life left and has been left untouched because I'm posted out of town.
I could say this guitar is 9 out of 10 with almost no oxidation.

This guitar deserves a better owner, someone who could spend more time with her

I acquired this guitar from a elderly in mid 2000s from the USA and haven't been playing much ever since because of my job.
This guitar comes with original hardcase and a matching headstock, possibly one of a kind in Singapore.
This guitar also comes with Seymour Alnico pro II with a trembucker bridge.
Original pickups will be given to the new owner.
This guitar doesn't come with a backplate as most strats do nowadays. If you want a backplate, Davis at Peninsula should sell for perhaps $10, I'm not sure.

Price goes for $900 (Nego for serious buyers). Deal of the year for Ibanez collectors.

some points to clarify from an ibanez collector - this is an RG680 CM DBK - not a prestige model. the top is a curly maple veneer on a basswood body, and this model dates from '98-2000, not early 90's. there are more than a few of these locally, and they're fairly common on the international market. Non ibanez trem covers from generic guitar shops here won't line up properly with the exisiting screw holes, and usually lack the bevel/colour tone. still a cool guitar though, and in good condition.

Better description details.... You cant just go to any guitar shop and buy japan ibanez back cover.... Same with other parts too....not easy to find japan ibanez rg/s parts new
