Its better to get RG350. It has a better resale value. JEM Junior is costly and it never got the attention of guitar lovers as compared to its higher end JEM brother like the JEM7VWH. Ibanez lovers will never consider JEM Junior as the REAL JEM. People who are really interested in JEM will go for the higher end JEM. They prefer to go for the real thing.

Get the Jem Jr because it uses a tunnel jack instead of the normal lower end RG's input Jack.

I would say go for the RG. Why?

Better trem, cheaper, better pickups and so on. The Jem Jr is just basically an rg with a monkey grip. No edge pro, evo pickups and so forth.

Edit: Well at least they upgraded the new jem jr with an edge 3 bridge now.
