Ibanez cheat Gibson?!

So I bought this guitar at this shop and the uncle told me
It is an Ibanez!!!

I bring home and try and it sounds more like a Gibson!
Turns out the uncle bluff me
He stick the Ibanez sticker over the Gibson logo to hide!
I asked for my money back already...but he is giving me trouble...
Anybody know what I can do about this?
I am VERY upset at this
I wanted an Ibanez, and Ibanez is not that hard to find lor
So why must he cheat me with a sticker?!!!!?!?!

Don't laugh at this. This is a serious crime.

if the person selling to you had to cover up the Gibson logo with an Ibanez one, its a high chance its a fake.

I guess you're a fool enough not to tell the difference between a Gibson or an Ibanez unless if it's a lawsuit model.. The sticker can't be the current Ibanez logo.. And also, i bet you didnt do any research on the guitar before buying.

And one last thing, why test the guitar at home when the shops have amps? Don't tell me they have no guitar amps and only bass amps? Or no amps at all??

Maybe you can ask your mum what you can do. She'd probably tell you that you suck at buying guitar. That's all.
