Hey everyone!

Here's a very simple piano-anchored cover of U2's I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For. It's not a perfect cover (some parts are pitchy, audio mix isn't quite the best it can be as I didn't realize the guitar was so soft. And the video quality was compromised as I had to save it in lower settings since I was having problems uploading). Hope you guys like it! Do give your feedback and comments!

hey nice job there man, both the arrangement and recording. it's hard to tell what the real product really sounds like because youtube 480p compresses audio to 64kbps and below i think, which is a lot of difference from HD versions at 720p or 1080p.

i love how the volume of the vocals are around 50% of the mix. imo the vocals can be a little wetter like that, with more reverb to make it blend in with the instruments, the touch of delays and choruses are good, but maybe reduce the mix of those effects to get rid of the "robot" effect and add in a low mix of an ambience reverb set to gao gao levels.

Haha...I like your "gao gao" description . Yeah I noticed the difference between 480p and 720p also. Unfortunately, I had to convert the original file to an mpeg to upload it on youtube, which compromised it's quality as well.

Already added in some reverb. Didn't want it to become a toilet recording. Lol. We recorded everything into one track, so didn't have the luxury of being able to edit each track on it's own. So I just added an overall reverb effect.
