i wanted to get a guitar from hongkong..how can i transport it back to singapore..? does anyone know?

by 'transporting back' you mean on the same flight as you?
2 options,
1. hand carry it in a gig bag and ask for it to be placed in the odd-sized compartment on board. BUT not all airlines allow this so check beforehand
2. check it in, in a hard case, wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed to be safe. or you could just check in your hardcase, slap on a ton of FRAGILE stickers and hope for the best.
ALSO
if you are buying the guitar in HK, do compare prices with Singapore shops first. guitar gear is usually 20-30% more expensive in HK.
