How to remove scratches?

There is a scratch on my acoustic guitar cos it hit the keyboard drawer's edge. Is there any thing to remove it? Everytime i play i can see the scratch and its quite "heart pain". Its only the glossy part scratched off. The wood is still ok.

Hi there i have some good tips to share but i wonder if it does on acoustic guitar because the finish is very thin compared to electrics.... i use to have scratches on my guitars i used to get M3 rubbing compound it can be found in any local home fix DIY shop. or another alternative is to use brasso with many multiple applications .... hope it works maybe more suitable for mild scratches but not cracks nor deep scratches. thanks
