First thing first, you would need to have a good audio interface which I would recommend going for something abit higher end like the presonus firebox since you're going for professionalism which to reduce the latency in your DAW as well as to provide multiple sound sources input for laptop to record, Then I would suggest you getting a decent condenser mic like studio project B1 or C1 with a pop filter instead of those usb ones. For sound proofing wise, I can't really tell you what to do, you just have to make sure that you get as much isolation as possible in your room to get the cleanest recording.
