Z zone New member May 19, 2005 #2 Not quite sure what you're asking, but I would place my index on the 5th fret, pinkie on the 9th. And tap with my other hand on the 12th. So it's tap pull-off, pull-off. Maybe you can explain a bit more what problem you're having?

P penguin New member May 19, 2005 #4 looks like a Van Halen lick, just follow the tab as mention by Zone... u need to learn to "mute" the other strings to properly execute it...
