The obvious way is to get the tabs for the songs that you want to learn.
The not so obvious way is to play by ear, youtube/headphone/some software to slow down the video, I heard this is available in the market.

Persistence+practice and the label on the back of shampoo bottle will get you there. The label says "Lather/Rinse/REPEAT". So repeat and repeat and reapeat........You get the picture. Repetition is the mother of all skills.

You have to practice A LOT. It's not as easy as it looks (unless you're a born prodigy or a pro of course :D). But it's possible to achieve that standard if you really practice a lot.

well practise yes,but you must have the will to learn.
he can do so many song covers and some even hes own arrangement.
and he is not even 15 for crying out loud.
look out world, amazing guitarist about to emerge when he becomes 18.

99% practise, sweat & blood. And the 1% of musical talent to polish it off. And during the hard years of practise, your technic and stuff would allow you to fully express yourself musically. So... Yeah... It's all about PRACTISE, the big P.

Same here with the shivers! I think that this is one really talented little dude that puts alot of effort and work into his playing. Totally inspired me to go try out some fingerstyle playing too =D

Hmm, easiest way is to get tabs. Anyway, i tried to learn by ear... It's like OM!@#$%^&*() hard. Honestly. I can only do basic fingerpickings... Sad sad sad. Working on it though. Anyone knows where to get his tabs?
