check out this site http://www.blogskins.com/. It has all the premade skins which are very well done, just need some minor editing here and there using html. Well, as to how to make a blogskin, I guess you can try looking at the coding for these premade ones as a guide then slowly experiment? =)

www.blogskins.com is a great help but if you want a customised and special one. DIY. but actually they look all the same.

if u want u'r own customized skin, some skin makers do take requests. so, u might wanna look out for that.
