how to get tighter sound through eq..?!

hihi..er...wanna know...if i wanna get a tighter distortion sound...how shd i use the eq to affect it?..as in..shd increase more in treble? or...?!

Tighter sound? I think you'll need more than an eq for that.

Oh..i'm using Epiphone LP standard....ar ha...coz i find the behringer GDI 21 sounds a bit too unclear...n since it comes wif High n Low eq...wondering wat i shd do it right...coz i actually prefer overdrive more which i dun face the unclear sound for the pedals...
