sounds kinda like chorus with flanger...

Decently high action and thicker gauge strings helps. Use neck pup. Up the lower shades with an EQ. Tone knob more towards bass side with a pinch of treble. Chorus and Flanger shouldn't be required.

i must say... this kinda tone is not very far off.
(the tone from her fingers will take some work though)

On the amp... up the bass and mids...
Use a neck humbucker or the inbetween position of two humbuckers. roll off tone controls.. and you are set!

use a thicker string guage... at least .10s
