How to Change the Tailpiece on LP?

My tailpiece on my LP has tarnish... n I bought a new one from davis...

the problem is i dunno how to change...

the post of the new tailpiece does not fit the old bushing from my Gibson Studio...

how to take out the bushing? it seems that it has stuck inside the wood leh...

how?

unscrew everything.

if all else fails, use a hammer and chisel.
