How much to rewire + repl parts

does anyone know what's the estimate cost to get a tech to do a replace all 4 vol / tone CTS 500K pots + 3 way selector switch? (On a Les Paul)

Or is it easy to do it yourself with simple soldering skills?

if you wanna learn, ask him whether he can let you watch whilst he does his thing. If he's got time, more often than not he'll show you!

It's not hard to rewire and learn to solder, but I'd say go get Beez to set it up!
