I am from Malaysia and I would just like to enquire the price of the Axis A and Axis X Longbaords doubles in Singapore...and where can I get them?I have a dude who has the A longboards and they feel pretty solid to me, so I thought of trying the X version as well.

Thank you.

Thanks for the link mate..... :D

Wow...I heard the X double Longboards are going at 850 Sing which is pretty pricy, maybe I will settle for something else. I plan to head on to Singapore for the Slayer concert, maybe I will check out some stuff or even buy some used items from there.

I was also wondering about the price of drumsticks for Pro Mark and Vic Firth over there......a pair here is like 18 Sing....is it cheaper over there? Maybe the prices of other pedals?

Thanx.

Yap, the vic firth is definitely cheaper here then if the final discounted price over there is like S$18. Wat pedals u lookin for? SL jus got stock of the LE Chrome Iron Cobra pedals. Was quoted 800-900 the other time. Tempted to get it but gota sell mine first. U interested in DW9002? :P

I have seen the DW 9002 pedals..its sold here at 2650 ringgit...which divided by 2.3 is around 1200 Sing.. I was not allowed to even touch it.

I was pretty interested for maybe the Elims and Flexi Glides....seems within my league :P But I am interested about the Longboards...something different. The Pearls and Tama's cost around 450 sing here.

Cant wait for Slayer though...freakin Lombardo flyes on 'em Cobras. Singapore seems to have so many artists stopping by..from DT to Slipknot...from Bozzio to Donati, although I was pretty sure Kenny HOgan made a stop here. :o

Axis A longboards in classic black is SGD$1200...
I asked about the price while having fun with the A shortboards which are about SGD$1125 if I recall.

I especially like it when the VDLs are pulled all the way back and the springs set to 3/4 to max tension...

Lol, cant even allowed to touch? Some music store eh..u could play the hell u wan wif mine if u drop by here though..

Yeah..the pedals are always in the shelf locked up.....the DW pedals were missing from our stores and just made areturn...with a vengance!!!!! The last DW pedal I saw was a Turbo single 6 years ago going at almost 1000 ringgit for the single.

I was just hoping to get some feedback about the Axis X Longboard pedals....I knew a local drummer here who has the A longboards...but he switched back to the Yamaha direct drives the next gig onwards.......guess it just a personal choice thingy. :D

The only store I know with the online prices is Swee Lee....I think the Chrome Cobras are going for 720 Sing online...not bad at all. The offset cam is supposedly made sharper to be much faster and the boards are said to be lighter. Havn't tried that either

Now that I know some of the stores I will have to check em out! :D

Yea it sure does sound cool, er well maybe for a guitar or a car or sumtin, but for pedals, err, umm..... Jus jokin...

The Axis pedals have a known issue of having screws come lose or threads getting ripped... in engineering terms, those grub screws used to keep the spring rocker, connecting rod and VDL in place have very little surface contact, so taking the Axis around here and there tends to get... risky.
