i just got a MXR M-109 6-Band Graphic EQ. and i need some help in my settings. anyone can share their EQ settings? 
how do i set my graphic EQ.

but i also dont quite trust the settings there, i tweak according to the amp im using in the jamming room

I use their 10 band eq so I'm not too sure if my settings would work for you. I raise the middle and low frequencies while cutting the treble frequencies to get a thicker fuller tone cos my metalzone is a really trebly pedal. But really it's up to you to tweak the settings until you get the tone you like. ikilledkenny's method is also pretty good, tweaking according to the amp.
