Help with tremolo bridges

Hey there,

could someone just tell me more about the different kinds of popular tremolo bridges.

as in whats the big deal with floyd rose and stuff.

And about e tremolo on strats cuz im thinking of getting one (prolly MIM). if i had a tremolo bridge like floyd rose or the strat vintage one or something and never used e whammy at all would there still be a tendency for the guitar to go out of tune?

Nope, get a hardtail strat, or the robert cray strat is hardtail as well.
