Help needed with Connecting Preamp to Speaker

I have an Ibanez Valbee as well as a spoilt Ibanez acoustic amp at home. The Valbee has a 6.5" speaker while the Acoustic amp has a 10" speaker. I was wondering whether it 's possible to bypass the preamp on the acoustic amp and use the speaker? As far as I know the Valbee can be connected as a head to an external cab and it sounds a lot better. Help!

are you sure that the Valbee has external/extension spkr out? afaik, it only has fx loop..check also if your spoilt amp's spkr can be detached at the back via cable..if cant, then u need to mod.

y not just build a new cab using the spoilt amp's spkr? u only need the spkr anyway..check also the spkr specs...(Valbee is 5w into 4-ohms)..

i think u also need to mod ur valbee for the application u want..

Yes the Valbee that I have has been modded for an external speaker out. Hence I'm asking whether it's possible. But what do I need when I'm 'making the speaker into a cab'?
