help me guys! (line 6 echo park setting)

ani one using a line 6 echo park?
here's the situation-
im using a line 6 echo park and im tryin to get this delay time setting
but i just can get it...
tried alot of possibilities but to no avail...
used to be able to achieve this setting with a dd3...
but dd3 no more..

so guys,if you know the setting or how to set it PLEASE
post here...thanx!!
