What does the C.D, U, H.C and H.D mean?

I think C means chord. 2 notes played tgt to form a chord. H means hammer. U idk. Correct me if im wrong

I don't think so, hammer ons are written differently. C's definitely not chord, if not every other chords Gt.1 have will have a C on them.

I dont think this is standard one. Maybe the front of the condensed score might have the definition.

I think I've already figured out by trial and error, but still, don't know what does it stands for.
