Help in my pedal

Hey i have a Boss Metal Zone and also a TGM GA20 (it has treble , middle ,bass , volume and also gain eq ) . I want to have those lead type of tone like the ones you can do solo cause everytime i play i get those rythm type solos . Anyone could help me maybe in the setting of get another pedal to pair up with my MT2 ? thanks for the help

Try increasing the amount of mids & bass on the Mt 2 and go easy on the distortion knob. To be honest the Metal Zone isn't very good for solos,I find it quite thin sounding.

If you ask me, I wouldn't try to improve the mt2 by getting another pedal to pair with it if you do not already like its sound.If you do not like the sound of the pedal at all, it would be a wiser choice to look for a new 1. :twisted:
However,if u already enjoy the pedal but wish to improve it with more sustain or gain you can get an overdrive pedal eg. the Ibanez tubescreamer or an EQ pedal to shape your sound.
