Help in identifying a Jackson guitar

Dear ppl, a friend of mine ask me to help him sell 2 Jackson guitars, a red soloist which I've sold, the other is in metallic black, bolt-on, serial no. 9831232 on neck plate, I cannot find any info on the Internet so decided not to post until I know the model/series/specs, hope you guys can help, thanks in advance. Btw, this friend of mine sort of blur like sotong, haha, can't even know the name of the shop where he bought it from, but from the direction he gave me, seems like it was at Music Theme, that was in year 2010, guitar played a few times only, still very new, almost new I should say, and he paid $3K at that time, told me it was MIJ.

Hi Bro, I'm guessing it's a Jackson DK2 variant. Call Jackson Guitars in US & let them know they serial number. They might be able to check their database. I've done this before to check on Jacksons for sale on eBay.

Thanks bro, just emailed Jackson consumer relations, hope they reply soon, my friend told me its a Soloist, I'm not sure about that, to me soloists are neck thru, thanks.

It does looks like a soloist or a dinky to me.

its a DK2. The pickups on it are Classic Stack (N), Classic Stack (M), SD JB(B) if i do rmb it correctly.

Thanks for all the inputs, got a reply from Jackson, they can't verify the serial number, they said it look like a Dinky, so I'll take it as a DK2, will post on buy/sell later, if u guys wanna buy it, offer me a price, this is almost brand new.
