head phones for amps?

hey guys and gals out there! is there such a thing as like u connect a headphone to ur amp so the sound comes out of headphone instead... i want to practice at night but its like vry noisy, espcially for songs with heavy distortion...

yeah there is, but i think the amp u using muz have the function

yes there is. my bass amp has that. u jus have to check the jacks. even they do not have, u can always invest a little more money on a mixer so u access to both and save the hassle of jacking in and out!

almost, if not all amp has jack output for headphone. But then, I never feel comfortable playing with headphone. Maybe my headphone just suck
