ya, the last time i went to luther, it was with my friend, we tested out a les paul, and the malay salseman made us feel very welcome and comfortable, he let us try out the guitar without scrutinising our every move and even told us that we could turn the volume as high as we wanted, so we could hear the sound of the guitar clearly. He said, "go ahead! as loud as u want! compete with the neighbours also can!"

Later on, I asked if they carried other les pauls, the salesman told me that they only had that very piece that i just tried. I told him i wanted a les paul classic, and he didnt even hesitate to recommend me Guitar 77 or Guitar Connection. And his tone wasn't sarcastic, he was sincere in helping me to get what i wanted, even if it meant giving the other shops the business! Im so pleased with their service man!

me like luthers~ friendly service, even if i'm only buying a pack of DR-Lite. Last time i was looking for a gigbag and they don't have what i need. end up recommend me to get from Davis. They're sincere bout helping customers get what the customer wants.
