h/h to h/s/s

Is there any modification to change a h/h guitar to h/s/s? My guitar is without the pick guard type.

Yes, need to rout a middle single coild slot

OK great. What about the neck slot which is a humbucker sized plus the hole for original 3 way switch? How much would that all cost estimate?
